About us
Obtaining by Poland European Union membership, required adoption of existing Polish low, norms and valid regulations, which were obligatory in European Union.
One of the basic legal documents according to pressure equipment range is Pressure Directive 97/23/EC, which was introduced into Polish low by Disposal Ministry of Economy, Work and Social Policy from 8th of May 2003 in matter of principal requirements for pressure equipment (Dz.U. Nr 99, poz. 912).
Pressure Directive refer to designing, production, pressure equipment and unit assessment compatibility, which peak permitted pressure PS exceed 0,5 bar. Pressure Directive define essential safety requirements and procedures of assessment compatibility, as well as determine harmonized standards, which applying ensure presumption conformity with principle safety requirements defined in directive.
